Annual Awards dinner and silent auction

We will be hosting our annual Hurricanes Awards Dinner and Silent Auction at the Active Living Centre in Huntsville.  Players, coaches, families and friends are all welcome as we celebrate the 2024-25 season.   Join us to celebrate Rep Teams, House League, Summer Camp and all things Hurricanes!

Silent auction and pasta dinner (meat, vegetarian and gluten free options). 

Doors open at 5:00 pm. 

Admission by donation.

Girls Day Camp - grades 6-10

July 28 - Aug 1, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm at  Huntsville High School

Co-Ed Junior Day Camp - grades 3-5

Aug 5 - Aug 8, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm at  Huntsville High School

Boys Day Camp - grades 6-10

Aug 18 - Aug 22, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm at  Huntsville High School

The Hurricanes Basketball Club is looking for support.  We are in need of a new Social Media Manager.  Our previous Media Manager, Vanessa Jones, is pursuing new personal goals and is no longer able to fill these roles.  Vanessa has been an awesome help to the Hurricanes and we thank her for her years of service to the club.  We wish you all the best Vanessa!

Sandhill Nursery Holiday Fundraiser

A huge thank you to Sandhill Nursery for their support of our club.  The fundraiser was a success and raised nearly $400 in support of local youth playing basketball!

The current plan is to focus on development and to have a 10 game season with primarily local play and finish the year by going to the Ontario Cup on April 25-27 (location TBD).
