After logging in please review the Team Booking Form and Hotel Group Policy. Click “Reserve Room” to make an individual reservation. Please make sure that all your information is accurate before accepting the individual cancellation policy and submitting your request.

After you have submitted your reservation online you cannot edit your booking. To make changes to your reservation, please call us toll free at 1-800-304-6346. Please have your file # (71242) on hand.

All reservations must be submitted no later than 2PM Eastern Standard Time on April 8, 2026.  Any rooms not booked by this time will be released and may only be available after that time at the regular rate.

If you need to cancel the entire block of rooms this must be submitted to our office in writing, or email, no later than 2PM Eastern Standard Time on April 8, 2026. If it is received after this time, a minimum cancellation charge of 1 night’s room plus tax for each room may be applied at the hotel’s discretion.

We request that individual changes and cancellations be made directly with Tournkey. Tournkey cannot be responsible for any changes or cancellations that are done directly with hotels.
